Meet the Team

After immigrating from Lebanon in the mid-80s, Hatem realized he had a knack for business pursuits in spite of a limited mastery of the English language. Never letting the challenges he encountered get the best of him, Hatem has been in the auto industry for three decades, and has done all kinds of jobs relating to cars in different departments. Whether it was service, sales, or operations, Hatem emphasized customer satisfaction above all else. While working at Muzzi Ford and other franchise dealerships in the Boston area, both management and customers appreciated his down-to-earth persona and his sense of humor. People find it easy to talk to him and trust his ability to get the job done right and on time, no matter how challenging or odd the job may seem. He understands people want a reliable car at the best price possible and Hatem never puts profit ahead of people. He can be found sipping on a triple espresso managing his busy repair facility called HKK Auto Center on Social Street in Woonsocket, RI.

Abraham spent a lot of his time growing up watching his dad, Hatem, juggling car business duties in different states and towns nearby… even if he doesn’t remember some of it! Rumor has it he would accompany Hatem (even as a toddler) to Plainville Shell. Then when another gas station opportunity became available in North Smithfield by the old Beef Barn, Abraham could be found there after elementary school running the cash register–while his dad fixed up cars, and Abraham kept one eye out for his younger sister (ZLK) who could usually be spotted running around the parking lot with a big grin on her face. A graduate of Boston University in Film & TV, he uses his knowledge of video production and social media marketing to expand the reach and online presence of the dealership. You will find Abraham doing most of the day-to-day duties including buying, selling and marketing inventory. He strives to make sure customers have the smoothest car buying experience possible.
